Competitive Pricing: Our policy ensures competitive pricing and the convenience of online reservations. Unless stated otherwise, all prices on our website are per person and exclude tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals and beverages, accommodation, room service, and laundry. Published rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially due to unforeseen circumstances like airline fare hikes, hotel rate adjustments, or increased transport costs.
Ease of Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard. Full payment must be made via credit card/debit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card/debit card number to complete the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement accordingly.
Payment Confirmations: Once payment is completed, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip. This printed confirmation serves as proof of payment for redeeming your tour package with the service provider. Please ensure that you have provided accurate information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
Each tour activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policies. Prior to booking any activity with Arabian Journeys, clients must review the cancellation policy specific to that tour.
Combo tours can be cancelled, but cancelling any single tour within a combo will nullify the combo offer. Arabian Journeys will refund based on the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.
Tourist visa fees are non refundable once the payments are made on the Arabian Journeys website.
When booking a combo, ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, only the tours and services listed in the available options can be enjoyed.
No Show Policy: No refunds for no-shows or unused services including tickets, tours, car rentals, or chauffeur services. Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel services.
Procedures for cancellation: Before cancelling, please review the applicable cancellation rules for your tour package. Notify Arabian Journeys in writing of any cancellation or changes to your reservation. We will confirm your cancellation request via email, fax, or telephone and inform you of any applicable fees. Arabian Journeys is not liable for cancellations not received or confirmed by us.

Non-Refundable Services
- Refunds are not applicable once a tour, service, or any component of a
package (including accommodations, meals, or other services) has commenced
or been utilized.

- All refunds, if applicable, will be processed exclusively through the
original method of payment.

Purchases
- Certain purchases, including time-specific coupons, tickets, events,
attractions, or accommodations that explicitly state a no-refund policy,
are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Amendments in Itineraries: Routing and services included in your package may change due to local conditions, weather, or airline schedules. If changes occur, we will offer alternative options of similar value, subject to availability. Any itinerary changes will be communicated before departure. Arabian Journeys reserves the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary without refund. No refunds are provided for force majeure events or natural calamities such as floods or earthquakes.
Check in – Check Out Policies (Hotels/Accomodations): If we can't secure your preferred hotel, we will find a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Check-in/check-out policies depend on the chosen hotel. Arabian Journeys is not responsible for early or late check-in/out requests that the hotel cannot accommodate due to their schedule.
Travel Insurance: Arabian Journeys is not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, baggage loss, or trip cancellations. Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Documents required for Travel: Guests must carry all relevant documents, including passports or valid ID cards. No refunds will be given for lost or missing documents. All travelers should check entry, visa, and health requirements with their consulate before visiting, as these can change without notice.
Website Usage Guidelines/Limitations: All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant details, is proprietary to Arabian Journeys. By using this website, you agree not to exploit any part of it or its content for non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
Delivery and Shipping Policy: (Website) will not provide services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.
